as deemed necessary, while maintaining environmental and safety compliance at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Work with a safety mindset at all times.
Ensure all environmental and safety procedures are followed and report all unsafe or non-compliant issues.
Attend all training sessions and safety meetings.
Other duties as directed.
Maintain a clean pad area before and after charges Secure the bundles of wood on the trams before entry Mix chemicals according to specifications Maintain a clean mixing area - free of empty bags and excess chemicals QUALIFICATIONS High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) recommended.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to demonstrate behaviors conforming to Hoover's set of values and accepted standards.
Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one's ability using his or her own drive or initiative.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Can be hot, cold, humid, and/or rainy.
Will get dirty.
Will require entry into small, enclosed spaces.
May require climbing of heights up to 50 feet.
